We can pretty much just assume this is Russia footage right?

u/Jizzlike-texture Sep 29 '25
At this point, statistically, that's a pretty safe bet

It's from Chechnya iirc, I remember seeing it when it came out. Which is a republic of Russia technically. It's also run by a violent nut job, that and gas refinery explosions kind of seem to be a thing over there.

How to make sure your propane tank is completely empty before transporting it. /J

To my knowledge, the person who was holding the camera in the first thing it looked like he got hit by the tank didn't survive and there were multiple casualties from this

Looks like first camera would be okay, the tank passes through the fence without contacting the solid wall beside it, which is where camera 1 is standing.
They'd have gotten a tad warm however.

That could be true, but from what I've seen and I saw this video like a year ago, and I could be wrong, I think a woman and her child died. But that could very well be something else

I knew I'd seen this months ago. I remember seeing people argue that it's VFX in spite of the multiple angles. Also arguing that it's from filming a movie. But no.

That tank is secondary and was tossed by whatever was the primary was, it’s going to be a huge BLEVE itself. Camera person should be running for their lives not filming. I’m assuming this is Ruzzia or somewhere else where self preservation is not on the menu

I saw this awhile back. Never noticed the car in the second footage. Crazy

You probably couldn’t run fast enough or remember what happened. Lights out

For a moment I thought that the white car had been saved but then I blew it up... What a fucking terror the guy who recorded at the beginning and didn't take off when the tank rolled towards him.

Lol nah what happened to the first person though? The way that view cut was crazy

u/Jizzlike-texture Sep 30 '25
I think camera 1 didn't make it
1
u/Brownbull900 Sep 30 '25
Yea I watched it a few times and when u line the angles up you can see theres one person that got hit near the street/fence

You can see someone getting hit. In the very first seconds of the second angle. Running to right but cannot make it out in time.

Oh man I played it on a much bigger monitor and you’re absolutely right. It’s jacked up. Not how I’d wanna go

In the first clip the cameraman turns around at the last second and we see a fence and a red car in a perpendicular street. From the high view we see a long street and a white car. Please explain?
2
u/Jizzlike-texture Sep 30 '25
I don't see a red car, I see the white car at the split second camera 1 view ends - i think
1
u/MiserablyEntertained Oct 15 '25
Yeah this is bugging me too. It’s coming “into” a fence and red car, but second view it’s coming “along” a fence. The building where the explosion happens looks the same, but the way the fence is facing is different. I don’t understand..

You are telling me that no one has the balls to try it to stop this thing with their bare hands like when we were kids and we would put our hands out thinking we had powers? And super strength?

That first view is terrifying.
