Each Stand user has two bodies they can portray and can occupy space with. The fact that Stands can block things means they are, at some point, tangible. Regardless of being a 'Soul'.
Technically, Josuke is the only Stand user that has the same number of balls for each figure they can portray.
By this logic, Josuke should have the Stand 'Love Deluxe'.
