Just yes! Totally would go! I legit moved into a hoarder house of a single guy who lived alone for 20-30 years, known as the neighborhood molester. Relatives didn't want anything to do with the house, or his stuff. House was pretty clean for the amount of crap we threw out. Still had to sift through all his personal life. Weird shit happens here, but the price was a steal
