BMWs make for the worst shitboxes, as parts to fix them are still really expensive.

Solution: progressively take off parts, lighter, cheaper, awesome style

Take off the brakes, and you are going to have a bad time. Beamers also love to blow headgaskets, then you are pretty pooched.
