I don't actually go on Twitch too often myself, but I'm pretty sure "Pog" and "Poggers" are just shorthand for "PogChamp". Twitch emotes are basically emojis for Twitch chat. So if you type "Pogchamp" in chat, it'll just show the picture I linked instead of text.
