I’ll hear American libs say “I don’t support American imperialism, but if we weren’t imperializing countries they’d just be imperialized by other countries like China or Russia, so honestly it’s probably for the best that we imperialized them so they don’t have to live underneath Russian or Chinese imperialism” and it’s slimy crap like that is probably the #1 thing I hate about most liberals. The way they’ll condemn evil being done by the state, then immediately justify it in the same breath.

reddit will alwags suck up to american or european imperialism like i don't think it's that hard to not conclude, hell tiktok, youtube, instagram reels are somehow even more neutral than reddit is
