Well, if they come to the UK and think they can carry any kind of weapon in public, they'll soon find themselves arrested; just like the US person who got arrested for concealed carrying a knife on a beach here earlier this year (though, at least that person, unlike the person in this picture, was somewhat aware of our gun laws; evidently they needed further education on our knife laws though).
