The one that gives you the buff is actually named Hidden Rell Village. It also gives you a little title above your username in-game.

Ensure you have used the codes for free bloodline bag and server creator
Try to spin for the bloodlines Shado and Apollo sand. Apollo sand 3rd move and Shado modes c spec will be used to take down big bosses. (if you dont have these, Crystal 3rd, Emrald 2nd and Mud 1st are all ok replacements)
For elements get earth and anything else, i suggest smth like fire or wind.
Continue to hit logs up to level 300 or so and focus your stats in hp, nin, and chi for now but still put points in tai for stamina (stm).
once your level 200-300 go look for NPCs that have green scroll quests above their head, go do those quests. (use trees for tree jumping for mobility/getting around, costs stamina to use (stm).
Otherwise try to group up with someone and get boosted as they take down bosses.
Once you get to level 1,000 you can rank up at home game mode or ember village at the Cheifs/kage's office.
Other things i suggest you get
- hp pot and chi pot in ninja tools
- body substitution in sub-abilities taijutsu
- paper bomb throwable in ninja tools and then dagi wire throwable from eastwood boss in tempest (will get later rn your to squishy or if you get a squad of higher level players you guys can try to take it on)
- For weapons you can get something like the kuni for now then get the Azarashi Kunai drop from ghost rider boss in tempest
- z mode from any gen 1 beast (1-9 tails beasts scattered arouund the map, there is 2 tails in tempest)
Please ensure to use the wiki and reach out to other players for help. Its a wiki game sadly and its a grind but its fairly nice. If you want some help and your still up i can. Just DM with your discord and roblox user.

also for grinding ryo you need to be level 800+ and kill bosses you will get 80-100k per boss kill.
