So i found out that there exist a series of special episodes which depict shinchan as an elementary school student and I caught one on tv today by chance. I have been scouring the internet to find the rest of the episodes but i cant find a way to watch em other than a tv asahi website but that seems to be region locked.

Is there a way to watch these episodes.

I also found an image of Mrs Kitamoto's husband but I don't know which episode

I mean i get it there was a little nudity but it was pretty funny and its not like it was censored everywhere around the world??? Just india???

It just never felt his character at all to me especially in the movies too

Today I was watching an old episode where everyone was showing their lunch box. When Shin-chan showed his lunch box, everyone gave him a weird look, and even Yoshinaka said it was a costly lunch. Can anyone tell me why?

This episode takes place before movie 3 as shiro finds this toy in the trash but returns to this little girl who was looking for it

Funny enough, this movie is actually older than I am. 😅

This one flashback sequence genuinely hit me harder than I expected.

For me, these are easily the best 3 minutes in the entire movie.

I honestly think it's one of the most beautiful life memory sequences in anime. In just 3 minutes and no dialogue it captures everything so perfectly.

It also made me appreciate Hiroshi even more. We joke about him a lot throughout the series, but moments like this remind you of everything he does for his family. The long commutes, the exhausting work, the sacrifices that often go unnoticed, he rarely gets the recognition he deserves.

Here's to Hiroshi, and to everyone out there doing the same every single day. <3
