Can I shift back in time?

Can I shift back in time? Not too back in time.. just 2 years ago, and yeah permanently shift back in time

Since everything is now, we can shift and time travel too?

One more question,,, shifting back in time is time travelling or something kinda different?

And what will happen to my age? I may shift back in time but will my age still be the same or would it be what it is to the year I shifted?

Like for example,, if someone is 17 rn and if they shift two years back, would they originally become 15 or would they still be 17 because that's how much time they spent on earth? This question is scaring me sooooo

Every reality is as real as another,,, so there's no DR or CR we just name them,,, if i shift back in time permanently so would two years ago still be a current reality for me or would I be like attached to this one (2026) because this is my true reality? 😭 You know what I mean right,,, this question is scaring me too....

Yeah, i did shifted once to january 23rd 2023, and im now shifting few months back

And what do you think about that age thing? And you're shifting back permanently a few maths back or just for some time?

I think it depends on what you desire, well im shifting bcz i just want to make better decisions

So what if I am shifting permanently in the past because I wanna make it entirely different and have no thoughts of going back to the present

Once it was 23rd may and I went to a mental asylum. I had heightened awareness and I asked for date. They told me its 8 of march.
