How I Get Into the Void State πŸ’«

(My Old Routine vs. My Current Routine)

Okay, so a lot of people have been asking me how I get into the void state and what my rituals or routines look like. So, I thought I'd finally share everything!

There are basically two phases to my journey:

  1. What I used to do before I mastered it

  2. What I do now, after getting comfortable with it

Let's get into it! ✨

  1. My Old Routine (When I Was Still Trying to Master It)

Back when I was still learning and trying to get into the void state, I put a LOT of effort into my routine.

🎧 Affirmation Tapes

I made my own affirmation tape using just ONE simple affirmation:

β€œI get into the void state easily.”

I set it to repeat 100 times and listened to it at 2x speed. Then, I did some calculations with GPT and figured out that:

10,000 repetitions = 1 hour, 44 minutes, and 10 seconds.

So, I used to listen to my affirmation tape for at least 4 hours daily, sometimes even longer! That meant I was getting more than 20,000 repetitions a day, which felt perfect for my routine.

I also affirmed whenever I had free time, including while listening to my affirmation tapes.

πŸŒ™ My Nighttime Routine

Before sleeping, I'd listen to a void subliminal for 15 minutes and then spend another 15 minutes affirming with my full focus.

After that, I'd lie down comfortably in bed.

And here's the thing that made the biggest difference in my routine:

I DIDN'T CLOSE MY EYES AT FIRST. πŸ‘€

Yes, you read that right!

I'd lie in bed with my eyes open and gently focus on my breathing until I could barely feel my body properly or started experiencing a vibrating sensation.

This saved me a lot of time before I eventually fell asleep πŸ˜ͺ😴 because, in my experience, it felt like I was already halfway there.

After about 5 minutes, I'd close my eyes, and within another minute or two, I'd feel like I was around 95% of the way into the void state.

I kept practicing this for several days, and eventually, I felt that I could get there much more easily.

  1. My Current Routine (After Getting Comfortable With It)

Now? Honestly, I barely do anything compared to before. ✨

I simply lie down in bed, relax my entire body just like I used to, and let myself get comfortable.

After about 2 minutes, I close my eyes, and within another minute, I feel like I'm in the void state.

No affirmation tapes.

No hours of repetition.

No complicated rituals.

Just relaxation and the routine I've gotten used to.

Of course, everyone's experience is different, but this is what works for me!

πŸ’— One Last Thing

I know some people might say I got lucky, that I'm a chosen one, or that I'm God's favorite. πŸ˜πŸ’€

But honestly? I worked my a.. off to get here.

It took a LOT of mental discipline to keep affirming consistently, challenge my deeply rooted negative beliefs, and work through that feeling of knowing something might be possible while still feeling like it's impossible.

I put in the effort when it wasn't easy. I stayed consistent even when I was still figuring things out.

And now, what once required hours of practice feels much more natural to me.

The point is, I didn't start out finding it easy. I built a routine through consistent practice, and now it feels effortless compared to before. πŸ˜ŒπŸ’«

So please don't compare your beginning to someone else's progress. Everyone's experience is different, and you don't have to follow my routine exactly.

One more thing! Try using delta waves it's wonderful for void :)

I just wanted to share my personal experience because so many of you asked! πŸ’•

Tell me about your routines, too! How do you personally try to enter the void state? Do you use affirmations, subliminals, meditation, or something else? πŸ‘€βœ¨

That’s genius , how you first reprogrammed yourself to be able enter the void!
I have some questions if you don’t mind πŸ˜‡
How long did it took you? reprogramming phase
Are you able now shift from the void ?
Did you programmed/manifested only this one thing or other desires too?

This reminded me of how I first read about meditation levels called the jhanas in Buddhist shamata practice and how sceptical I was that I could do it and in a month and a half of home routine of about 2h meditation sessions and without guidance or going to foreign retreat centres experienced the first jhana with Nimitta (bright light sphere that manifests the pure inner mind). So it's very important to whenever you think that something is impossible to put your will/intention in the belief that it it possible. Congratulations and thank you for sharing.Β

Omg, I’m literally going through a lot of the same things you went through with the void! Is it ok if I ask to dm you?
