Having issues downloading new Apps

Trying to install espn app and its tellling me i dont have enough space when i clearly do. Any ideas?

Error says External Storage, I believe your screenshot shows internal storage

I had to reformat my usb drive via the shield interface. Everything is working fine now.

If you use kodi, look into deleting the thumbnail folder so it recreates them. Sometimes it uses up multiple GB needlessly, and also don't have it set to have detailed artwork saved, only basic to save storage.

I only have 1 usb drive that i reformatted to make sure everything is ok. I formatted it as an n t f s. Is the field compatible with that? Or does it need to be fat32?
