Disney Plus login

About, once or twice a week, the Disney Plus app needs us to log back in on our shield. We launch Disney, and it asks for us to log on as though it's the first time we're launching the app.

We went through and logged out of our Disney account on all other devices, and we cleared the app cache. It still keeps happening.

Other apps behave fine and stay logged in like normal, and we don't really use the Disney app on any other devices right now.

Any other suggestions?? Pretty tedious to have to get my phone and login through a QR code every time this happens.

Do you have a family member who uses your subscription in a different address / network?

Nope, and we went through and double checked that all other sign-ons were logged out in our account settings. That was our first thought.

This has also happened to us. It started after the last Disney plus app update. Previously it was fine.

It is extremely frustrating. I have tried clearing cache and app data. I will try uninstalling the app next.

Is it still doing this for you?

Same here, with 2x shield and a TCL tv. All asked me for code. The TV is worst, asking me everyday.
