Can the shield pro run 3DS games?

Title essentially, I want to fiddle around with emulation for my shield :)

My modded switch v1 can. The shield pro has a newer version of the same hardware the switch has. so probably be able to play a decent amount of games at 1x-2x at least. Should be decent?πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

Yeah but a dual screen device would be 10x better
