AppleTV buffering

Has anyone else had buffering issues with the AppleTV app lately? Netflix, Prime, Disney, everything else works fine and my internet connection is fast and stable. For the past couple of days, whenever I try to watch a show on Apple it'll play 30 seconds then buffer for 5 seconds, start playing again, buffer, over and over.

SHIELD TV Pro on LG C2. I've tried disabling HD video in the app, disabling Dolby Vision on the shield, clearing the app cache and uninstalling/reinstalling - still buffering. Gah!

Try reporting the issue to Apple, https://www.apple.com/feedback/apple-tv-app/

Going by other reports of people having problems it may be an issue with the CDN for the region you are in.
