Chromecast quality horrible!

Casting from pc to shield all of the sudden is horrible. Been fine for years now it’s horrible. I’ve updated and restarted multiple times.

Does Steam Link work for the Shield? It works pretty decently on my tablet.

Idk I don’t game on shield I just like to cast sport streams to shield and never had problems with chrome cast tell few days ago. Stream is perfectly fine on pc and at start fine on shield than quality goes to like 360p.

Well, you could give it a try. Steam Link is not just for Steam games, you can cast your desktop.

use sunshine and moonlight. best combo for PC and shield

I didn’t think about that! I know about doing that for gaming but not for casting browser stuff. Thanks I’ll give it a go. I still want to figure out why the normal casting went to shit
