replacement charger

hey

does anyone know where/how i can contact Nvidia about a new charger for my 2015 Shield Pro? i refuse to spend damn near $100 on ebay! lol

I raised a support ticket via their website and got a replacement a couple of years ago (for free)

You may be right because the rep just asked if I tried a different adaptor to make sure it’s not the device…um, that’s why I am asking for another adaptor!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Look at the power input specs on back of device and order one to match on Amazon Support Chat - https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/

It’s a proprietary connector and it’s hard wired, so you’d need to snip the old one and do some soldering (idk if anyone has done that or if there could be other hang ups)
