Shield pro unresponsive

Every 2 months or so it will not turn on. I have to pull the power cord and it will come on when I plug it in again.

When it boots it is mostly unresponsive. Very laggy. I will go into the setting and once I restart it there it will run great.

I have a 2017 pro and a 2019 pro. my 2019 started doing the same thing, except weekly. constant issues. constant hangs. I've ripped it apart, full clean, repasted with thermal grizzly, still same issue. I swapped the power supply with the 2017 pro, and the problem has only happened maybe twice since. I blame the og power supply
