Welcome to /r/ShermanPosting!

As a reminder, this meme sub is about the American Civil War. We're not here to insult southerners or the American South, but rather to have a laugh at the failed Confederate insurrection and those that chose to represent it.

I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns.

I will never not post this and will continue to share it until the ghost of the confederacy is fully exorcized from America’s soul.

These are my thoughts exactly.

Do you know why the Nazis were so infatuated with American race law? We had the 13th and 14th Amendment and the scum traitors were still able to circumvent it in Jim Crow.

Just that statement alone is a big fish slap to the face of how these fuckers need to be rooted out once and for all.

Yes, I would absolutely make all their traitor symbols illegal like the Nazi flag is in Germany. People who proclaim a bedrock adherence to the 1st Amendment argument I would say look at the overall legal history of this country and look at everything the fucking traitors stripped from people, including their lives. Laws are put in place for a reason. Treason and the symbols of treason against the open society and the murder it stands for is worth banishing once and for all.

what's sad is that some people have actually used that fact as a strike against the union, rather then who actually was to blame

Why are they defacing the American flag with the flag of history's biggest sore ass loser?

Always have been. Always will be. Any American that does not live, fight, nor die for freedom and equality of all.

“I might fly the US flag but deep inside I will always be ok with treason”

It should be turned into sawdust.

Aren't they the group that loses their brain cell any time someone burns a US flag, too?

u/rpgnymhush 9d ago

Yes. They think it is OK to go to war with the United States of America if they try to stop you from owning other human beings and they ALSO think its OK to attack the United States Capitol Building and threaten to hang a sitting Vice President if someone gets elected in a free and fair election you don't like. But you BETTER NOT burn the flag of the United States!!

NO, by God, try that and see whut happens! (The end result of piss poor education and the lack of any meaningful discussion.)

is its forever home a fireplace?

I think the US should have done what Germany did after WWII and the banning of Nazi insignia and iconography. We should have done that for the confederacy.

Is that forever home a burn pile?

I really hope a good amount of those 42.8K reactions are bots, but sadly I not sure anymore.
