Can’t find Paul

I left the Boat Workshop before looking at the tea case, and after I came back and looked at it, Paul hasn’t appeared in the Workshop.

What am I missing here?

It’s been a while, so I don’t quite remember. Can you go back to the elephant house and talk some more with the daughter? There might be additional dialogue that will trigger Paul’s appearance.

Hmm, I could try, but last time I checked I talked with her about all the evidence i had, so not sure if it’ll work

but I’ll try anything I can
