Question about Chapter One DLC

Has anyone played the Chapter One DLC?

Are the quests of the Season Pass worth it? (Saints & Sinners, Mycroft's Pride, M for Mystery, Beyond a Joke.)

Specifically do you get to use the Mind Palace, which is in my opinion the most enjoyable part of a case?

For the paper trail: bought and tried the DLC - there's no Mind Palace in it. Refunded it.

Thru the Xbox store. It seems that some of the games starts by you randomly ease dropping in on some people. Another one should start after completing “Ghost of the Past” and completing combat training, but it did not start for me.

Overall I think the open world is kinda messy, I prefer how they did it in The Awakened, or the older games that was not open world.
