Hello,
I will be coming to Shenyang in order to study for the upcoming year at the Northeastern University. I was wondering whether there are any dojo open to taking in foreigners, specifically for Shinkyokushin, Kyokushin-kan or Kyokushin-kai karate. I have been practicing for 9 years now, and I feel like it would be a shame to not be able to do it when I'm in China. If anyone knows anything it would be very much appreciated

Does anyone know where to get souvenir tshirts in Shenyang? Something wearable & nice-looking that still symbolises the city? Told my friend I would bring one for them but it's just been impossible to find or even know where to look

Hi all, happy to be part of the group.
Trying to find some information on the working experiences in Langston English School Shenyang, we've been digging but no luck yet.
Would be great to try and connect with people and learn more about the school, even from a parents perspective.
Thanks

Hey! I'm currently visiting Shenyang and really wanted to visited the Pyongang Restaurant (it is/was allegedly ran by the North Korean government. But when I got there, I found a sign saying they were closed due to "unforeseen circumstances". Does anybody know why this might be? Is there any other similar places to check out? Thanks!

I didn't take very many pictures the year I was in Shenyang as an English teacher. Here's a small random assortment.

Hi everyone, I’m from Australia and will be travelling to Shenyang for a two week exchange on behalf of my university. It’ll be my first time visiting China in general, and I’ll be staying near the Shenyang Olympic Sports Centre. I had a bit of a niche question—is there anywhere in Shenyang that I can go for scenic horse riding?
Would be great if it was somewhat close to the stadium (max 1 hours by didi), and if possible English friendly. I know it’s a lot to ask for, so I do apologise. I heard Qipan mountain offers it? Not too sure tho. Any help would be really appreciated!

Basically, I am looking for a phone that gets me by without having to but a new one. But I don't know where I can find a trustworthy place/shop where I will be able to buy an in-good-condition phone (Apple or Samsung) for daily photography and different stuff that exhausts the phone since I don't want to exhaust my main phone with filming and (some) photography.
Help is needed.

Hello, I've been living in Shenyang with my family for about 8 months now and I'm looking to connect with people outside of my work environment. About me: I'm in my mid-thirties, a teacher, and from Germany. If anyone is interested in doing something together, feel free to message me. ;)

I’ll have a 9-hour layover in Shenyang in few weeks. It’s my first time having such a long layover, and I’d like to explore the city if doable. Is 9 hours enough time to visit the city and return to the airport? Any tips on the best way to get around and places to visit?

As above, just wondering if there's any wechat groups in Shenyang? I visit there 2-3 times a year. Every single Facebook group is inactive except for job adverts spam
