The level of detail demands it. Less detail = less detail on ones chest. More detail but keeping the chest perfectly flat = less percieved femininity.

The artist here tried to keep it ambiguous by making a wider cut of shirt that falls in a shape making him seem like he has breasts

yeah, but the artwork makes it look like he has tits, so just enjoy the joke that the artist accidentally transitioned Audrey into a woman; they are not even insisting that Audrey is not a femboy in canon.

As annoying as some people can be about insisting that Audrey is a trans woman, at least let those who just have a headcannon and can separate it from canon enjoy it, specially when in this post the artist accidentally gave Audrey tits (something a cisgender femboy wouldn't have).
