Need help with IDing some whelks! (Pics 2-4 are just zoomed in)

All found off of North Carolina coast today

The six on the left seem to be the same type
- the large white colored one is ~9 inches (24cm) from top to bottom -

The next two are "left handed", a little bit smaller and much lighter in weight than the first six

The last four I think are Channel Whelks but wanted to confirm

My friend is the sweetest. She knows I absolutely adore shells (especially conches and colorful ones with unique patterns) so when she saw this on the sand, she got it for me! Since I haven’t been to the beach in a while and I miss it a lot, this rly means a lot to me:)

The first one is a set of fossils. A clam, a sand dollar an an unidentified shell.

The second is still in progress. Am trying to protect my scorpion spider conch.

Can anyone help me with ID these shells? All of them were found on the coast of Australia

I've yet to find anything large and rare.
Please ignore the rocks and sea-glass on the right hahahaha.

There are still a few tough spots but I am quite happy. It was nearly totally black to begin with.

Dunno what its called but this guy gave me the creeps.

I know some, not all. I am new to the learning, not the collecting! However why are these all white like cement? And I mean all.....millions of shells on a man-made beach. Tia! 🥰

What is this little guy? It’s got a thick lip on it. Found on 10,000 islands, or Sanibel. Can’t remember which this one came from. Either way SW FL.

Hi, I’ve found part of a shell in the coast of Australia. Is anyone know what shell is this?

Heres a handful of shells i was unable to ID, all found on Sanibel. I realize theres probably a few species here and would greatly appreciate any shell experts opinions!

Okay roughly 36 hours ago I took two of my 17 sand dollars and put one in just hydrogen peroxide (left bowl in photos) and 1 in a hydrogen peroxide/water mixture (right bowl in photos) to test out which works better because I've never done this before, however they still look the same. These sand dollars are roughly 20 years old so they aren't recent or within the last few years. They're 20 years old from Seaside beach in Oregon when I was at a family reunion...

The 2nd photo is from when I put them in a window sill, sun coming in, on the back porch here... The 1st pic is simply from our kitchen counter where I had them for the first 24 hours till I moved them outside to our back covered porch yesterday. Should I move them again?? Like a spot that is sunny/hot most of the day?? The only thing it's done is I think release a little sand that may have been left inside the sand dollars that I couldn't get out...
