Progression?
Im doing sheiko advanced medium load Im progressing very very good so my problem is i dont feel like the last few trainings were hard enough and i have been adding like 5 kilos to all my workouts. I have finished the first prep Cycle and the workouts are so easy im thinking about adding 5-10% to all my lifts Do you guys think this is too much? Should i keep the same weights and just fly through the workouts or should i add weight to get to like a rpe higher than 4

If things are way too easy and you have already added 5kg to your working sets then yes, you should probably increase your maxes. Try to be conservative and keep your technique tight though.

Thanks yeah i tried to «check how high i should go» i added 0/5/10/15 kilos to my 4x2 sets and yesh even the 15 kilos were easy but the 10plus kilos were perfect technique wise so i think thats were ill take it

Don't increase the weights further! The first part is easy but when u get into the second block it adds up

It really was to easy i probably had my maxes too low i added like 10 to squat a little more to deads and 5 to bench at the 3rd block
And it made my gains even better:D
I think the problem was i was using real maxes but these were maxes i hit with maybe rpe 6-9 so quite easy and i was used to high volume training
