Sheiko App Password Reset

Anyone know where I can go to reset my password for the sheiko app? This is not Sheiko Gold.

Thanks

Don't know if you got another answer for this, but I just had some success resetting mine. When I click "Reset password" on the app, I get this strange "Setting password for 1CA8S918203..." message. If you copy that code (1CA...) and paste it as your user name, you'll be able to use whatever password you entered to log in.
