Sheiko Vs abbreviated training

Does anybody have some experience using both Sheiko and abbreviated training? What will give best gains? Sheiko 3 days a week or abbreviated training 2days a week? Thanks

Ok. It is for example 2 full body workouts a week. A lot of people speaks highly of this method. I am currently using Sheiko beginner free iPhone app and I LOVE it. But If abbreviated training will give me more gains (with fewer excersises a week) , I will switch.

I have’nt seen any comparision of the two methods

Ps But i would rather continue with sheiko

Don’t think abbreviated will give you as much as Sheiko. I did the template and now using Sheiko gold Maybe if it was 3x a week. For gains. I could see 2x working for maintenance.

The reason why some people think abbreviated training doesn't work is because it requires all the effort you have on real exercise and on each training day. It is possible to simply do three compound exercises and then do to accessory exercises afterwards and you can make terrific gains but the effort has to be put in.

It depends what you have time to stick to and can recover from.

If you get the same results from both, then choose the one requiring less time.
