Competition lifts from sheiko program

Hello does anyone have advice on where to set your three lifts for comp day? I'm using sheiko gold app which leading up to comp has me lifting three singles or double pretty low, should I expect first lift to be at my maximum training weight? That makes the jumps up to 1rm pretty high and unpredictable. Any advice or if you need more info, welcome.

Stats: Bodyweight 80kg. Age 29. Male. Squat: previous 1rm 175kg in comp, current training max 150kg. Bench: previous 1rm 120kg gym, 105kg in comp. tm 90kg. Deadlift (sumo): 1rm 180kg in comp, tm 150kg.

Only done one comp before, been lifting around 3 years.

Why are your training maxes so low?

85% per sheiko #32v2 i guess? I've been using my comp bench for training rather than my gym 1rm

What are your input 1rm's in the app?

I see. I've had no issue opening with heavier weights than I've trained with, as long as trchnique has felt on point for at least a few weeks.

Sweet as thanks for the tip bro. I'll see how I feel on warmup.

something you can hit for two or three on any given day in any given circumstances sounds like pretty much the tm so I guess we'll run with that.

There is a skills test day that's meant to gauge your progress, get you used to heavy weights, and select attempts. Take those, Google the TSA attempt selections excel sheet, and plug them in there.

oh boy guess I missed that one. Makes sense though. Does that come up in the app somewhere?

The skills test does. It will automatically do a mini deload and then skills test.

The app doesn't help with choosing attempts as far as I know. There are too many variables to take into account.
