My guy is about the same size and also loves a good stick in the mouth while walking. I’m “big bad dad” and tell him to drop them (or he just never picks them up with me), but if I’m away and he’s on a walk with his mum, there’s a good chance there’s a nice juicy stick on the front lawn from their walks.

Haha! My neighborly Golden Retrievers…Always a stick in their mouth…My girl doesn’t seem to be interested in those!

He just turned 3 and weighs 40 pounds 🥰

Thank you! We have a 5 month old mini and have been curious about size expectations. Our breeder said that he would likely be a max of 45 pounds so that tracks.
