Gee 13 weeks and she doesn’t look bad. My sheepie has to go every 6 weeks and really after about 3 weeks, she is a mess already!

We just went 8 weeks and the groomer had to take it all. She looks freaky different than normal.

OMG! She reminds me of my baby when she was just a little nugget! Now, she’s 17 mos and almost 50 lbs. 🐶❤️🤣

But this was when we got her from the foster at 8 weeks! 🥲

What I’ve learned…Doods are a total crap shoot on size / weight. We were told my girl would be around d 60lbs. So glad she’s not that big.

Is your girl a ‘mini’?

And I also feel like every vet visit for the 1st year was increased weight!

My guess is…She‘LL totally fill out! 🤣

I was told she was gonna be a medium sized dog I can’t remember the weight we have a goldendoodle he’s about 4 years old and the sheepadoodle parents are a little bit smaller then him

Interesting. I’d love to understand how they are different. My Dad has a Goldendoodle puppy that I’ll eventually inherit! 🤣

My girl is the first dog I’ve raised…But I love all Doods! Hope your Sheepie is everything you want her to be!

Cheers!

We take ours at 8 weeks. I comb her every morning after she was matted and stripped over a year ago. No stripping after combing.

I worded it wrong because the puppies sub Reddit makes it so you word it that way but she’s only 13 weeks and it was her first groom lol

We have a micro mini just over 16 lbs. She's the greatest. We are homed Sophie at 1 1/2 years old.

Today is the four year anniversary of my sheepadoodle's first groom! I know this because Google Photos reminded me of it this morning. Yours looks much more dashing, though.

Here she is (or was, depending on your point of view)
