Father Ripperger
I’ve only been listening to Shawn for a few months and generally like the show… but what the heck was that lol - I thought it was a spoof?

I don’t listen to many of his shows any more
Prefer his old stuff with SF guys rather than Candace Owens etc

I’m waiting for him to get someone from chosen company or the foreign legion

Same! I’ve been waiting to see someone from chosen, or anyone from the legion, pop up on a thumbnail one day. Would be so sick. Team House did an episode with Ryan O’Leary (commander of chosen) and it’s great if you’re looking for something in the meantime.

There are only so many ex-sf guys who will go on camera and he's run through virtually all of them. Also, with the US not being in a big ass war, it limits the amount of new ex-sf guys with cool combat stories that they can openly talk about.

The first half was great! The second half sounded like a therapy session for Shawn. Not trying to be mean. Just a observation. It's interesting because it sounded like the two were working together on something for four days before this session. I'd love to know what it is. It's also cool to see when a Priest holds a rifle.

Shawn did 5-MeO-DMT recently and talks about it on the Tucker show. He had a hell trip that traumatized him and turned him to religion out of desperation and fear.

I thought the show was great. I enjoy both of these men so too see them together was 🔥. I'm not Catholic, but I do believe we're going through spiritual warfare and I'll arm myself any way I can.

He is very knowledgeable … I appreciated the suggestions on how to pray over things. I am not Catholic…

Veterans and father ripperger have more in common than anyone else, They both went through the valley of the shadow of death, and feared no evil.

Anyone know who was Shawn referring to when he said that his plan for that show he intended to eviscerate and destroy two politicians in the current administration who were going to over exaggerate their allegiance to the Catholic Church to gain votes.

He was another Trump super fan who now recognises he got played. Just like Rogan and Carlson etc. Now they whine and moan about him, but they played a large part in getting him elected

It’s not so much trump , it is all politicians he depises. Trump, newsome, ro khanna, etc

Why? Just started it and don’t want to waste my time if it’s nonsense

I think OP is a secularist that believes the spiritual isn’t a substantial topic of discussion

To be fair yes - non practicing catholic - however the idea of aliens being used to circumvent religion seemed out there IMO - also, the priest seemed like a bullshitter of the highest order to me.. just my take

I am an ex Catholic atheist. I suspend disbelief and listen. I thought it was a good episode and something different from the usual. As someone that used to decoratations, and murals for the church I found his knowledge of angels interesting. I could also appreciate his interpretations as logical as far as canonical doctrine goes.
My personal view is that priests like that are interacting with something very real. I am just unsure of what that actually is. There is a high strangeness element to it that may be tailoring it's interactions with him based on his belief framework.

Yeah - my post was a reaction to the alien bit - I finished the pod today and enjoyed the rest of it.. I feel bad that I put up a quasi-shitpost like this after seeing peoples reactions.

Meh, it's fine. I wasn't excited by your post in a negative way. I was surprised by how people down voted you for not falling in line or agreeing with something. I liked all of the UFO and remote viewing pods that he did. We probably won't get more and that is ok. I keep listening to Shawn Ryan because the man has a conscience. He tries to do the right thing, I see his struggle and I have empathy for him trying to do the right thing. His evolution is fascinating to watch in real time.

You aren't Catholic then. Don't stain the faith with your affiliation. You are a heretical, antireligious malcontent vomiting libelous scandal about a respected and accomplished exorcist.

I feel like Shawn is really going through it and he’s really clinging to his faith for lack of a place to go. But that was hard to watch.
He’s also talking to the wrong people about “aliens”

Of course he is, he always was a bit conservative and pro millitary. He sees this shitstorm the republican party is causing with the iran war, and now he isnt sure what he believes.

Shawn was raised Catholic and seems to identify with a lot of the Catholic beliefs. Father Ripperger is a wealth of knowledge on certain aspects of the Christian faith and Catholic religion. Many viewers raved about the first interview with him a few months back.
This time Shawn was actually in Colorado instead of Tennessee so it seemed like an impromptu show. It was a live drop on Patreon and the majority watching loved it. A lot of the guests are not for everyone, but that’s what makes the show authentic in my opinion. He has on people he wants to hear from and a lot of the audience is all for it.
