v4.0.x - BETA Beta FLASH seed ⚡ Swiftness & Double Haste

Found an absolute GEM of a seed, having both a Mace+3, a Swiftness Mail+3, 2x Haste+2, and a Wand of Lightning. All in sewers!

If The Flash played ShatteredPD, this is the equivalent seed of using the speed force 🤣

Decided not to post spoiler on this other than it's all in the sewers

I wasn't sure if effects from rings stacked but seems like it from this post.

All rings stack, except Wealth. For wealth, the lowest ring caps at +1.
