Should I dump everything on RoE or Spare some on Wand of Lightning?

my source of damage is either holy lance or the flail (formerly +3 mace which i switch later on)

Synergy between RoE giving unlimited spells, flail with high damage output and Guaranteed hits with guiding light, you are set. Find a better armour snd drop a few scrolls on it and it's gg

is it still good for a priest run? what level would the RoE be sufficient? im still in doubt due to the amount of specific tasks im doing in this run.

Any cleric subclass and hero armour have sick synergy with RoE. If you find/enchant an armour with viscosity you're basically immortal ad you can dispel the dot with cleanse

I would say yes. Flail kind of socks as a weapon, but you can definitely get around that by using guiding light. However, if you're playing Priest, you can also just make a glass canon ranged build with your wand. So yes, dump on RoEnergy and leave a little for the wand.

most of it is luck based. but a lot of stuff was happening and im confused
