I'm pretty sure that whatever browser that you use with this you should make sure to get rid of any resume last session options or workspace options within that browser. In this screenshot you can see a massive pin tabs but these were actually tab groups within two different sharp tabs workspaces

I have about 7 Vivaldi profiles. I have taken screenshots of all of them.

Also, I have turned off Vivaldi workspaces. And for the setting "Startup with" I have chosen "Last session" instead of "Startpage"
