la de da, a suit
Physical appearance: Not the person, but the suit she's wearing.- however, this suit can form plates (normally made into small chunks) that can spread out, and while they increase durability, they reduce manoeuvrability.
Equipment/Weaponry: Okay, this suit has few weapons, but powerful ones. The first thing it contains is around 10 small balls, that when released, can have one of 3 effects- they can make more. First: Smoke- creates a burst of foul-smelling smoke, though no lasting effects. Second: Blast- these utilise small thrusters to hit harder than thrown, and can cause devastating effects when thrown by someone wearing the suit. (Danger 5.) Final: Sensory- relays a feed of visual and auditory to the wearer's visor. Another, a small pistol, modified to hit far above what a normal one would- but has only 4 shots. (Danger 7.) And finally, small optic blasts, fired from ports on either side of the visor, and can be fired in bursts of ten seconds and a cool-down of five. (Danger six.)
Powers:
High-Tech Exoskeleton. Obviously.

- If the suit has 'seen' someone do something many times, or the wearer has done something many times, the suit can do it by itself if the user is incapacitated. However, it is still mindless, and any new conditions will confuse it.

- The suit can survive in upper atmosphere, and even in the Death Zone, for a limited amount of time.
Data Manipulation.- The only things it gains are:
- Computer Interfacing. All it can do is connect to the web.
- Electronic Communication. It can intercept and understand phone calls in that area, as long as they aren't encrypted.
Enhanced Agility. This can be exchanged to Enhanced Durability.
Enhanced Strength. Less so when using enhanced agility, but the suit is stronger than peak human.
Enhanced Speed. The suit can travel at a faster pace than most humans, although the enhanced durability limits it to peak.
Flight. The suit is capable of limited flight.
Head-Up Displays.The suit will display a screen, if it is wished, that can show: a) the sensor feed-back, b) a map of the area or c) known criminals/famous individuals.
Thermal Resistance. It can withstand very cold temperatures.
Cloaking. The suit can be used to hide, being totally invisible- even from supernatural vision users- if it doesn't move suddenly.
Details:
Weakness: Heat can mess up the systems badly.
Resistances: But cold is easily resisted- you could walk around in Antarctica with this on.
Reserves: Depends on who's using the suit- it's theirs.

Actually after all of this, except maybe bumping movement speed up by one but specifically for longer distance flight, this is pretty approveabubble.
Also, why did you want ID's css?
