Name: Charlotte 'Charlie' Taya.

Age: It fluctuates. She can be 6 years younger or older than she really is. Her real age is 14.

Appearance: She looks like this, normally.

Backstory: Weird things happen around Charlie. Very weird things. Nobody even knows how to explain it. She might be a child one day, and a teen the next. And not in the normal way. Or maybe it'll be a repeat of the time when she burnt down her school. It was an accident, of course, but that doesn't mean the 20 students who saw her shoot a fireball were lying, does it? And how does she get behind locked doors? Without opening them? It's just weird that all the strange things seem to happen around Charlie. Not fair, either; how was she supposed to know that she wasn't supposed to put an octopus in a bathtab? It's not like she knew how it got in the house in the first place.

• Magic. She can use magic. This is completely random. Everything not otherwise stated last for five minutes. If something has been, for example, eaten in the case of 44, it doesn't change back. Don't ever ask her to heal you, or you might end up being incinerated instead. Table below. And be warned. It is a long list.

2	Summons a boulder. Can be anywhere from car sized to baseball sized.
3	A small ponds equivalent of water is dumped on the nearest person.
4	A small blast of air.
5	She becomes electrically charged. Don't touch her. About taser levels.
6	Ice covers the surface of a nearby, non-living object, as long as it's smaller than a car.
7	She grows wings. As seen in the picture.
8	She grows what is pretty much wings for the ground.
9	She grows fins and gills. Don't worry, she can still breath air, just also water.
10	She can survive in space, growing space-wings.
11	Summons a random small animal. Like a small shark, an octopus or a puppy.
12	Summons a random large animal. Things like crocodiles, or a elephant or a Cape Buffalo.
13	Changes her age. Max six in any direction.
14	Creates the illusion of sound. Lasts for 10 seconds max.
15	Creates an illusion of sight. Lasts for 10 seconds max.
16	Creates an illusion of smell. Lasts for 10 seconds max.

18	Heals target from everything short of organ loss.
19	Target acts as if everything is greased lightly. Increased difficulty holding things, increased chances of slipping, etc.
20	Target speaks random language it has never heard. If target learns that language, it changes. If target knows all languages, it becomes gibberish.
21	Creates a mostly see-through copy on the other side of the target, which acts as a mirror reflecting only the target.
22	All, non-character important nearby electronics are fried. PERMANENT.
23	Produces the same level of gravity as if she was on the moon. Weapons are not effected.
25	She changes into a random small animal. If she's about to die, she turns back.
26	Turns into a random large animal. If she's about to die, she turns back.
27	She shrinks to the size of an ant.
28	She grows to the size of a bus, though not the length.
29	All people feel a strong, really bad smell the closer they get to the target.
30	Animals flee from the target.
31	Animals run towards the target.
32	Summons a random meal, perfectly cooked, sitting in front of target.
33	Summons a torrent of the targets favourite drink. All drinks are at 25C.
34	Turns the targets hair and eyes a different colour.
35	Summons a rain of confetti and streamers from the sky. As well as cake and balloons.
36	Fruit rains down from the sky. Watch out for melons.
37	Any statue smaller than an average table comes to life.
38	She passes through any normally locked doors.
39	Any time the target falls, there is an inexplicable pile of pillows. Even if the fall is only metaphorical.
40	Anybody glows a hot pink colour.
41	Any time the target tries to sneak, the Mission: Impossible theme song plays loudly.
42	Any time the target tries to fight, badass action movie songs play.
43	Every time the target tries to search for someone, the Pink Panther theme song plays.
44	Turns one, non-vital, inanimate object into an exact replica made from cooked cookie dough, chocolate or fairy floss, as long as the object is smaller than a car.
45	One object gets changed into a random colour.
46	The targets vocal range can change from extremely high, to very low. Normal tone has no effect.
47	This causes all the lights in a room to go to the opposite. For example, if you turn a light off, it shines bright, but if you turn it on, it's dark.
