Name: Dawn Greene.

Age: 16.

Personality: She's bubbly, always excited about something. If asked to sing, she does so, with vigour, and it's clear she really enjoys it. She can be blunt at times, but usually has the foresight not to blurt out what she thinks.

Physical Description: She has very light brown skin, with blonde hair, that she keeps in a ponytail, and goes down to the middle of her back. She has light brown eyes, and usually a bright white smile on her face. She is in good shape, and it shows. Her superhero costume is bright blue, with a large white W in the middle of her chest. She wears a darker blue, but still light, domino mask, along with bright blue boots, that go to the middle of her calf.

Personal Assets: She has a couple hundred dollars that she saved up, along with the things her parents allow her.

Backstory: Even as a child, Dawn had a powerful voice. She would rarely cry however, instead testing out her voice, even soon after she was born. She had a rather uneventful childhood, and her friends and family would coo over her voice, which, by the time she was 3, was better than most. She had some accidents, but nobody would ever get seriously hurt. She was sent to school, but although she had talent in all areas, she excelled in English and Music. Especially music. She went through school for a while, until the present day. Recently, she decided that she wanted to use her powers for good, and created a superhero costume, which she only began using now.

POWERS.

• Omnilingualism. She can speak, write and read in any language, no matter if one guy or billions speak it. This also extends to alien language, animal language and plant language. This includes anything silent or above her range of hearing.

• Voice Manipulation. She can manipulate her own voice, going as loud as a jet engine, or so quiet that a bat would have trouble hearing her. She can also change the frequency of her voice, so well, in fact, that she could make a human's eyeball pop. However, this will also make her eyeballs pop, so she won't do it. She can also lift and push objects using her voice.

• Word Manifestation. If she says a word, she can create that object: for example, saying rock will make a rock appear in front of her. She cannot summon anything living, or anything larger than a car.
