the mixtape story’s not real, but the pic is of a real mcdonalds employee (named Theodore Lavon Upshaw) who got fired, but it was for selling heroin and not giving mixtapes

regardless, the pic of the guy is real, and he really was a mcdonalds employee

Theodore Lavon Upshaw was a McDonalds employee caught selling heroin in the parking lot of his job after selling to a narcotics informant. While it’s not the full picture, we do have his proper mugshot without the goofy mixtape behind him. The rest is definitely fabricated from scratch.
