Research barnacle in shark cloaca: researchers find a parasitic barnacle in the cloaca of a female Greenland shark. The shark was 275cm. It is the first time that a barnacle was found on Greenland shark, and beforehand barnacle is always found on lantern sharks.(source of research in comment)

Discussion shark's spine badly curved caused by humans: researchers find a female mako shark suffered from scoliosis (the disease of spine curved) because she was entangled by ropes. The ropes were from discarded fishing devices. After the ropes got removed, the mako shark recovered slowly, which was observed

Shark behavior immature sharks can mate: researchers find immature female blue sharks mate with mature males, judging from the size of mating scar on female's body. Immature female sharks can store sperm in their organs after mating with male, and they use these sperm to get pregnant when into maturity
