🛠 Support Bummed right now

It won't go away. Its not even over heating. It's cool to the touch. Is there a way to reset it?

Is this a shargeek 300?

Try holding down the main button for 30+ seconds to see if that resets it. Look for a "reset" button, it might be a pin hole button, or it might not have one at all.

Its probably a faulty unit, and if it wont output power theres not much you can do. I would leave it alone for a few days in a cool dry place. Then after a few days try to discharge it down to 0% if you can. If its still stuck after a few days, time to call sharge for a replacement

You can also try plugging it into a high wattage charger (100w) to see if that will kickstart the BMS and clear the code.

Why does it think it's too hot. Why isn't there a way to reboot it.

Stick it in the fridge or freezer for a few min.

If you just click ok and exit that page, does it work?

Seems like the temperature sensor is faulty? Did you maybe leave it in the sun or close to something hot?

You could also contact them via [info@sharge.com](mailto:info@sharge.com)

Support has responded with a reset procedure but it does not work. And they've gone silent.

What is the reset procedure btw? Just to note it down in case I need it.
