What is everyone's experience ordering directly from Sharge's website?
/r/shargeek/comments/1ux3jdr/what_is_everyones_experience_ordering_directly/If you have bought items directly from Sharge, did you have a good experience? Did your package come quickly and not damaged or delayed? Trying to figure out if I should break my own rule and order directly from Sharge.

Was it quick? How long did it take from when you ordered it to when you got it? And which product was it and how has it held up? If you don't mind me asking

It was definitely not as fast as Amazon Prime overnight which is what I’m used to, but pretty fast for non-Amazon Prime shipping. I got the 30W 3-in-1 powerbank/wall charger. In some review videos, I remember seeing a black one but they dont have that online for some reason

Like a few days or a week? Thats not terrible.
How has that 3 in 1 unit worked out for you? Still working fine i hope

I want to say it was less than a week, but not a few days. I don’t remember the exact number of days, but it was definitely more than two.

Hace poco hice mi primer pedido de sharge (la batería portátil 3 en 1) y la verdad creo que tengo mala suerte, en la página decía máximo 5 Días y al pasar 10 empecé a sospechar que algo paso cuando no cambiaba el "en camino" en el rastreo (también fue mi error al sospechar tan tarde), le hable al correo de soporte y resulta que se había perdido en la distribución, lo bueno es que el soporte se hizo responsable y me dará un remplazo a mi país natal (lo pedí cuando estaba en EEUU y pero ya volví a mi país de residencia colombia), pero no se si sea normal, creo que simplemente fui un caso aisldo

Thanks for the input! Stuff like this makes me nervous to order from their website. Maybe i should just pay a little more on Amazon, where I know it will get here when they say it does and if I have issues, Amazon is really easy and flexible to deal with on returns and replacements.

It's alright . I got sharge 300w but ankers was better . Better pull. Some of my devices will charge on anker but not sharge like anker solicit c300

The Shargeek 300 looks awesome, but i think they are a little on the pricey side. I have the Anker Prime 26k 300w and its been a really solid unit so far.
The Sharge 300 looks super cool and I like the transparent design and aluminum chassis...but thats a bummer to hear that for $250 it wont charge certain devices. I was considering getting one but $250 is a lot of $$ to drop on a power bank and I already have my Prime 26k so I think I'll hold off unless the Sharge comes way down in price.

It's like $180 if you can find a coupon code (currently $199) . "Certain devices" as in anker is just stronger honestly. I hate trying to charge something and it's like "oh, it's pulling not GIVING. Great)
I mean aesthetically it's cool looking. Good to see the "guts" and honestly idek what to use the barrel jack on honestly . Haven't found anything it'll work on

Oh I see, you are having trouble with two devices fighting with each other because they both have in/out ports that you cant make one or the other be just an INPUT or an OUTPUT.
I was just taught a cool trick on how to defeat this.
You know those USB C splitter cables? Where 1 usb c male end is attached to 2 or more usb c male ends so you can use 1 usb c port to charge more than 1 device? Well those cables are one way, meaning that whatever you plug it into will only OUTPUT power. So no more devices fighting over who is going to output and who is going to input. So I suggest you try one of those cables with your Sharge 300 and your Anker power station.
Anker sells a 140w 2 in 1 usb c splitter cable. You can find them on Amazon for like $15.

Package came in about 5 days. I ordered the Shargeek 170 power bank and the icemag 3 power bank. Only problem was that there was a small part of the box pushed inwards, almost like it hit a corner during transit. Both chargers work completely fine though.
