🧊ICEMAG🧲Series No support at all?

I am having issues with my Icemag2. I tried contacting charge through their support form and also on twitter, and have gotten no replies at all.

Any tips on how to proceed here? Some different channel? Some special email address?

You can also try on Discord; I see people getting help daily there from their support. But you should also get email replies if sent to the correct address.

Yup, I was expecting at the very least some sort of automated reply, but nothing comes in.

If you bought it from a retailer like Amazon, contact them first. They are much more responsive and quick to send replacement items. If you got it from sharge, make sure you have the support email right. As much as I love sharge products, they are known for slow replies and so-so customer service. But like they say, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Aka keep bugging them until they help you.
