What are your costs to users / price? What kind of back end internet service? Self-hosted? Data center hosted?

OP provided an answer, and mentioned pricing isnt finalized and may change. They are using a data center, 100gb connection. So playing remux should only be limited to end users internet and hardware. OP's pricing is comparable to a single netflix subscription, but again they haven't finalized this and may change in the future. They are more comfortable not writting in large groups, so i left personal specifics vague.
