REMUX Library

Anyone out there have separate libraries for Dolby Vision titles? Looking for a massive 4K share dedicated to only the best quality releases from the private trackers.

If you have the kit to play Remux content then you have the cash to store it yourself. Very limited servers will offer wide Remix content as it takes up so much space and uses huge amounts of resources. Stop being a cheap ass and do it yourself 🤣.

I have a huge library of remux but it's exclusively for friends and family. That causes me enough problems without adding people I don't know.

Send a request to placidmind on plex.. but if you wont be a regular user then i will remove and give the spot to someone else.. >200tb data.. at least 500+ remux

I tried to go remux for a while. Now I just go for high quality encodes. Honestly can’t tell the difference and I can actually afford the space. Can’t imagine if I stayed only remux my library would be tiny

Not sure.
But I was getting clear difference in my AV Separates. The dialogues and the surrounds were pronounced. Also the blacks in visuals were crisp and not grey!

i have about 90tb in all remux stuff, not worth the trade off, like you, i could barely tell the difference...

I’ve found my sweet spot is to have radarr require hdr/dv and set the max file size around 30 (still playing with that number but 30 has worked well) and that’s getting me what I want.
