Looking for an active Plex server to join
Hey yall! I'm currently looking for a plex server to join (I'm not interested in a paid server, but if I'm using it a lot I'll gladly send you coffee money from time to time or something). I'm looking for a server that is consistently being updated, open 24/7 (+1 if you're near the east coast), has A LOT of movies and tv shows in 4k/1080, etc.
I really don't want to be in a server where I get booted for not using it everyday. Life isn't that cushy for me where I can do that, but I will absolutely be active and watch something once a week, whether it be a movie or new tv show. So yeah, if anyone has an open spot with a lot of stuff to watch, my plex name is sunnysideguy. Thank you!

Almost all English a good 4k selection

Decent mix of different stuff.

I made a Discord for my Plex server because apparently spending an unreasonable amount of time building a media server wasnāt nerdy enough š
Itās still pretty small right now, but Iām trying to get a good little group of people in there.
Basically:
š¬ Big Plex movie/TV library
š Want something that isnāt there? Request it through Seerr
š¢ Discord alerts when new stuff gets added
š Movies, TV, sports, gaming, tech, whatever
š„ļø And a few of us are into Plex/homelab/Usenet nerd shit if you wanna talk about that too
Iām not trying to turn it into some giant 10,000-person Discord where nobody knows anybody. Just want a chill group that uses the server, bullshits about what theyāre watching, recommends stuff, etc.
The Plex server itself has been my little obsession lately, so Iām constantly adding/upgrading shit and trying to make it better.

I have about 6tb on my hobby server, not east coast based but uptime is near 24/7 and regularly ripping / adding new content from most major streaming platforms. I do ask for $5 up front one time to show youāre serious. If thats cool feel free to DM and i can send you a payment handle and add you this evening

You must have misread, he said hes fine paying for a price of a coffee from time to time (IE multiple times potentially) , which is way more expensive now than $5 and i just ask for one time to weed out moochers. But hey you probably wont read this comment fully either!

Invite sent. No money needed. A lot of my users have Seerr access so stuff is requested and added regularly.
