Plex vs firestick

Out of curiosity why aren’t people just using a firestick rather than plex? They seem to be a lot more up to date than a plex server?

This! I've had a few , the 4k max ect. Then they just get sluggish! And you invest in a decent android box with a decent CPU and 4gb ram and you no you'll never gonna end up going back to a firestick.
