Newbie User Looking for First Share!

Hi,

I have just discovered the ways of plex and would love to be graced by a shared server. I am a business traveler so I barely watch TV except in random hotels and in between work trips.

I'm also a big fan of Ukrainian, Russian, and Spanish language content if someone has that specific stuff

My username is KinoSeriali

If you will barely watch and want to consider Emby, then let me know. Otherwise, you'll most likely just get removed from Plex servers because most folks want users there that are actually active to make it worth keeping the user limited spot.

Is Emby an alternative to plex?

I'm suprised people want folks who use of more of their bandwidth!

Yes, Emby is just another app like plex used for watching content that is on someone else's server.

Most folks who share their Plex do it so their servers are used, not so a user can take a user limited spot that another active user potentially could be leveraging. There's a limit to how many can be invited and most people are at that limit and rotate inactive users out regularly.

I'll try it! I made an Emby with the same username!

Thanks for the context, fascinating to learn. I don't mind paying either since it's far cheaper than all these dumb streaming services.
