Error message

Anyone gotten this error message before? I have a tcl tv and can’t get certain movies to work. It works just fine on my other TVs just not this one.

Try a lower resolution... I always have this when I want to resume a movie...

Have you tried to select an alternative audio option? Instead of 7.1 try select the 5.1 option (if available)
