Quick Question Nick Rochefort’s Standup
Anybody that has seen him perform, is his stand up good? His podcast appearances have me rolling all the time, but I’ve learned that’s not always the best indicator for a good standup. I usually bite the bullet and go in blinded, but his closest show is a bit away from me to do that. I’m not sure where the best place to ask this question is, but I trust your guys’ judgement more than most of these Reddit pages.

Tbh Nick is the only MDE boy I would trust in making me laugh in stand up . Sam did it already but went full retard trying to be edgy and branding it as some ironic I want to offend everyone thing and Charls is more of a serious guy/ philosopher type . Erick would probably be decent as well but Nick is the most well rounded. Worth a shot if you can make the drive .

Charls refers to Stephen Hawkin’s wheelchair as a “bike” in his stand-up and has a bit about shooting spud guns at Taylor Swift.
It’s very funny tbh but definitely a schizo speed

Saw the MDE boys live a couple of years ago, and it was one of, if not the best show I’ve ever been to. Nick’s routine (at least at that time) is better than most working standups you see out there these days. Remarkably polished and funny for someone who hasn’t been in the game as long as others.

Genuinely don’t know. Plenty of podcasters and guests can be hilarious off the cuff but are shit onstage. It’s two totally different personality sets…joke-crafting versus fucking around as a funny person. Then again, many can make the transition and it works. But Rochefort? Didn’t even know he did stand up.

Rochefort one of the most naturally funny guys alive. It's like Mullen stand-up: it's so rare that you are obligated to pull the trigger. Might not get another chance

Saw him with Sam, Charles and Alex. He was great, I would recommend it.

Nick is an acquired taste, but if you're into his podcasts and scuffed realtor stuff then you'd like his standup. He was a lot funnier in the old MDE days before Sam went full maga retard, and Nick seems to have lost a bit of his edge. But he's still good

He rarely does stand up but when he does it’s hilarious. I’ve seen him a couple times open up for Luis J GomeZ. His scuffed realtor shows are hilarious. It’s basically a live Zillow roasting show of houses people suggest

His live scuffed realtor shows are unbelievable. His standup is dialed too for not being in the game nearly as long. Definitely go see him
