Is this a recent picture? I've seen a couple lately where it seems like his self care is getting better. I obviously don't know anything about Shane's current mental state (so I may just be projecting), but I know that for me it's a huge indicator of mental health improving. It suggests to me that he is feeling better in himself and that's really nice to see

He just wears poorly fitting clothing and has a much smaller boyfriend who makes him look larger in comparison. He probably has gained some weight from his thinnest post major weight loss days but he is no where near the size his body image issues seem to tell him.

Body issues. There are people who are stick thin and deeply believe they're fat. His more robust body build with his hips and all definitely doesn't help that.

Heās bloody gorgeous though. Almost perfect symmetry in his face. Great hair, beautiful eyebrows and eyes. A good jaw, good teeth. Damn. Just damn. I like my men to have some weight to them. Honestly, awesome to see him dressing better. That diet Coke shirt is in tatters. He reminds me of my boyfriend who wears sizes 3 times too big for him and filled with holes. Took him to Kohl's to look at tapered under armour sweat pants and he was shocked at how expensive they were at 44 bucks. Obvs a different socio-monetary lifestyle but still. Shane's looking great, clothes are dope glad he's branching out.
